2002 Quail Creek Drive

This was a full remodel and staging executed in a tight two-month timeline in the dead of winter. New flooring, exterior and interior painting, cabinet refinishing, updated bathrooms, retiling, a new facade, a new driveway, new landscaping, and a new deck. The final touch of updated modern chic lighting fixtures replacing early 80’s light fixtures, as well as minimal, neutral “farmhouse chic” staging, completed the look. Started on November 20th and completed February 25th. The property had an offer opening weekend with snow on the ground, during a challenging time of year for real estate in Kansas. The house closed full asking in 30 days. $80k over inital recommendations before quick cost-effective strategic remodeling and staging.
