2002 Quail Creek Drive

This was a full remodel and staging executed in a tight two-month timeline in the dead of winter. New flooring, exterior painting, interior painting, cabinet refinishing, updating bathrooms, retiling, new facade, new driveway, new landscaping, new deck. The final touch of updated modern farmhouse chic lighting fixtures replacing early 80s light fixtures, as well as minimal, neutral “farmhouse chic” staging, completed the look. Started on November 20th and completed February 25th. The property had an offer opening weekend with snow on the ground, during a challenging time of year for real estate in Kansas. The house sold at a premium price per square foot compared to neighborhood averages.
